At ‘Off The Grid’ we vouch for food not just with a twist but with a bit of innovation too. How about world cuisines with a pinch of Indian-ness to it? And by Indian-ness we mean world cuisines sprinkled with flavors of India. While we bring you cuisines from different parts of the world, we also bring you food ranging from geographies of places within India. Complimenting the concept of the restaurant is the earthen ware and cast iron crockery on which the food will be served and relished. We add exclusivity to the conventional cuisines by the use of Adrak (Ginger), Nimbu (Lemon) and Kaali Mirch (Pepper) and give it an innovative twist which benefits health in many ways.

Not only do we serve food with a twist but here we brew uniqueness. Along with our very own range of freshly brewed beer we bring you cocktails based on modern mixology and a culinary connect which will enable our customers to pair their food with the right drink. We also bring to you a concept of Molecular Cocktails while we touch base upon our old school cocktail concept of taste, base and appearance with a stroke of uniqueness to suit varied taste buds.
